Nobody should have to start from an empty page. Three starter templates are live, and the library of professionally designed real estate templates is growing around them — each one customisable for the business using it.

Housing Market Cloud is live. Create an account, start from a template, write your pages, choose a theme and a language, preview and publish. Your site is served on its own Housing Market Cloud address over HTTPS, in seventeen languages, in light and dark, and the enquiries it receives arrive in your account.
Being built next, and not usable yet: your site answering on your own domain, listing sync from the portals, importing properties from a spreadsheet, passing a lead into Housing Market CRM and routing it to the right agent, agent profile pages and directories, office pages, more than one person on an account, campaign landing pages, market figures on your pages, and Insights Pro. On the paid plans you can already add your own domain in your account and prove it is yours; the security certificate your site needs to answer on it is still being arranged. Everything on this site written as "will" is one of those.

The shape is set: a small number of high-quality designs, all sharing one component schema, so that switching between them does not destroy the content already written. Three of them are live today; these are the families planned around them. The full library is not open yet, and every plan gets it as it ships.

Choosing your site theme works today. The settings behind it — colours, heading and body fonts, button styling, corner radius, container width and spacing — are planned as site-level controls. No CSS knowledge required, and no unrestricted code injection.
