Your site is served on its own Housing Market Cloud address over HTTPS, in seventeen languages, in light and dark, and the enquiries it receives arrive in your account.
Being built next, and not usable yet: your site answering on your own domain, listing sync from the portals, importing properties from a spreadsheet, passing a lead into Housing Market CRM and routing it to the right agent, agent profile pages and directories, office pages, more than one person on an account, campaign landing pages, market figures on your pages, and Insights Pro. On the paid plans you can already add your own domain in your account and prove it is yours; the security certificate your site needs to answer on it is still being arranged. Everything on this site written as "will" is one of those.
What it is
A fully hosted platform where a real estate professional can create, publish, host, manage and grow a professional website with no WordPress, no hosting account, no plugins, no developer and no technical knowledge. Housing Market Group operates the infrastructure underneath it.
Where it sits
The portals bring property shoppers. Housing Market CRM manages leads and relationships. Insights supplies search-demand data and market news. Ads brings targeted traffic. Cloud is the piece that was missing: the digital presence of the business itself, connected to the rest.
Where it stands
Live, and not finished. What works today: signing up with your email and a confirmation code, signing in, resetting a password; creating your organisation; starting a website from a starter template, choosing its theme and language, writing its pages out of sections (banner, text, photograph and text, services, testimonials, people, call to action, properties, development and contact details), previewing and publishing; adding your properties and their photographs from your account; receiving enquiries, which you mark and annotate in your account; on the paid plans, adding your own domain and proving it is yours; and moving onto a paid plan, which the owner of an account does under Billing, paying by card. A published site is served on its own Housing Market Cloud address over HTTPS, in any of the seventeen languages, light and dark. What is still being built: going back to an earlier published version from your account, your site answering on your own domain, the connections that fill the market figures, client reviews and team sections the editor already offers (until then they show nothing on a published site), dragging sections into place, listing sync from the portals, importing properties from a spreadsheet, passing a lead into Housing Market CRM and routing it, agent profile pages and directories, office pages, more than one person on an account, and Insights Pro. Each arrives in the plan that already covers it.
