Housing Market Cloud is live. Create an account, start from a template, write your pages, choose a theme and a language, preview and publish. Your site is served on its own Housing Market Cloud address over HTTPS, in seventeen languages, in light and dark, and the enquiries it receives arrive in your account.
Being built next, and not usable yet: your site answering on your own domain, listing sync from the portals, importing properties from a spreadsheet, passing a lead into Housing Market CRM and routing it to the right agent, agent profile pages and directories, office pages, more than one person on an account, campaign landing pages, market figures on your pages, and Insights Pro. On the paid plans you can already add your own domain in your account and prove it is yours; the security certificate your site needs to answer on it is still being arranged. Everything on this site written as "will" is one of those.

Anyone putting a first site online

For a first website. One person, up to 20 published properties, a starter template, and your site served on a Housing Market Cloud address with a Housing Market bar on it. It is where every account begins, and the owner of the account can move up to a paid plan from their account whenever the business needs it.
Cloud Pro
Individual agents and professionals

For an agent who wants their own professional website. One user, and no cap on the properties the plan lets you publish. Adding your own domain and proving it is yours works today. Your site answering on that domain, the full template library, blog, neighbourhood and market-insight pages and a published site with no Housing Market branding bar all belong to Cloud Pro, and arrive as each one is built.
Cloud Business
Brokerages and growing businesses

For an organisation that needs more than a single-agent site. Everything in Cloud Pro, with no limit on users. The agent directory, office pages, lead routing, listing sync across more than one market and Insights Pro belong to Cloud Business, and arrive as each one is built.
Cloud Free is $0/month. Cloud Pro is $49/month. Cloud Business is $99/month. Every account starts on Free, and Pro and Business are paid plans: the owner of an account chooses one under Billing in their account and pays by card, and the new plan takes effect as soon as the bank confirms the payment.

What decides which is which
Every limit and every feature above is held in one place and checked on every request, so what a plan includes is the same answer everywhere in the product. Much of what the plans grant is not built yet — your site answering on your own domain, the full template library, listing sync and lead routing among it — and is included in the plan that covers it as it ships. Cloud Pro and Cloud Business are paid plans. The owner of an account chooses one under Billing in their account and pays by card; the card is handled by our payment provider rather than reaching us, and the new plan takes effect as soon as the bank confirms the payment. Changing the card, reading invoices and ending a plan are done in the same place.
